Job Description:

Hooqx is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and tools, along with proven experience in managing successful online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize content for SEO, SEM, and social media engagement.
  • Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to drive quality leads.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for higher search engine rankings.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and performance analysis.
  • Create and manage social media content calendars to maintain consistent online presence.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Google Ads, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media strategy, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and last drawn salary)
