
E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Product Listing & Catalogue Management
- Uploading and maintaining product listings (title, description, images, variants) on website and/or marketplaces.
- Ensuring accurate categorization (e.g., Apparel, Figures & Collectibles, Home Décor, Accessories, Posters, etc.) aligning with brand taxonomy.
- Managing stock levels, SKU management, coordinating with inventory/warehousing teams.
- Website & Platform Operations
- Monitoring website performance (product page load, broken links, user experience issues).
- Coordinating with tech/design teams for updates, promotions, site upkeep.
- Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Support
- Overseeing order processing, tracking shipments, returns / replacements / refunds process.
- Ensuring delivery performance meets service level agreements.
- Digital Marketing & Promotions
- Assisting in planning and executing online promotions, discounts
- Working with social media, content, email marketing teams to promote product drops / new arrivals.
- Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitoring key metrics: sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV (average order value), cart abandonment, returns, customer feedback.
- Generating regular reports; suggesting improvements based on data (e.g., which product types are underperforming, which categories need promotional focus).
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Liaising with suppliers for product procurement, ensuring quality checks, timely stock delivery.
- Ensuring licensing / authenticity compliance of merchandise.
- Customer Experience & Branding
- Ensuring product imagery / packaging / product information maintains high brand standards.
- Responding to or coordinating customer queries related to order issues, product details, etc., in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing / related field) or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of e-commerce / online retail experience.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms / CMS (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom) and marketplace integrations.
- Good understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO for product listings, online campaigns, social media).
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, ability to work with data, generate insights.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal); attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Passion / interest in pop culture, collectibles, and trends — helps in understanding product appeal and customer profiling.
