Key Responsibilities


• End-to-end ownership of e-commerce operations including order flow, fulfilment, logistics, and customer experience


• Drive digital marketing initiatives with a focus on acquisition, retention, and ROI tracking


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, supply chain, finance, marketing) to improve processes and deliverables


• Analyse MIS, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights for decision making


• Manage relationships with external partners including logistics, payment gateways, and marketing platforms


• Support leadership in planning, execution, and scaling of new initiatives

Desired Profile


• 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce, with exposure to operations, marketing, and customer experience


• Strong analytical ability with comfort in handling data, dashboards, and reporting


• Good understanding of supply chain, payments, and digital campaigns


• Proven track record of managing teams and working in fast-growth environments


• Tech-savvy mindset with innovative logical thinking and problem-solving approach at the core
