Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Listings: Manage product listings on online platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and others. Monitor and analyze website performance; track key metrics (conversion rates, bounce rates, etc.). Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement promotions, campaigns, and offers. Track and analyze competitor activity and e-commerce trends to identify growth opportunities. Follow guidelines for product uploads, SEO optimization, and visual content. Operations & Logistics: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Track and manage inventory — incoming stock, returns, and record-keeping. Collaborate with vendors and raise purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely availability of materials. Maintain return logs and reasons for better service insights and improvements. Follow up with COD and cart-abandoned customers to improve conversion rates. Liaise with bulk customers and provide support to convert leads into orders. Customer Service: Engage with customers to resolve service-related issues and ensure satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve queries efficiently. Finance & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, and petty cash. Prepare and verify bills before processing payments. Generate invoices for online and vendor transactions. Support finance reporting through sales reports and analysis of key financial metrics.
