Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Field Agent. The Field Agent will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service, conduct field visits, and build relationships. Responsibilities include customer support, sales, training sessions, and effective communication both internally and with clients. The Field Agent will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and fostering positive experiences.
