We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 17 years of experience in Agentic AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the field and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deploy agent frameworks using various technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data systems and pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of agent roles, memory, planning, and tools.
  • Experience with fine-tuning or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Familiarity with model selection and deployment methods.
  • Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
  • Experience with tool execution environments like LangChain tools or custom wrappers.
  • Awareness of model limitations, hallucinations, and how to mitigate them.
  • Fluency in Python for AI orchestration and TypeScript/React for building UIs around agents.
  • Comfortable integrating models via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace).
  • Ability to build, test, and iterate on agent workflows, tooling pipelines, and UI/UX for human-agent interaction.
  • Familiarity with hacky proof-of-concept workflows and productionizing them.
  • Strong sense of product intuition: what to build and why.
  • Thinks in terms of goals, user outcomes, system feedback loops, not just features.
  • Able to define and track success metrics for agentic systems.
