- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on interview & skillset)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to handle outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and sell our dropshipping and e-commerce service packages to U.S.-based clients. The role involves prospecting, pitching services, handling objections, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects including e-commerce sellers, Amazon operators, freelancers, and small business owners
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, warm calling, follow-ups, and referrals
- Present and sell dropshipping and e-commerce service packages (store setup, sourcing, automation, fulfillment, and support)
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service plans
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
- Schedule consultations or demos with senior sales team members when required
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, call centers, lead generation, or telesales (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce or digital services is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Strong confidence and professionalism on calls
