Job Opening: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions and support our finance operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
  • Handle GST compliance returns, reconciliations, and records.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and track payments.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
  • Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audits.
  • Handle vendor payments and client billing.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Good working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST portal.
  • Basic knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Honest, responsible, and organized.
