Job Description:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following: 1. Onboarding Carpenters & Contractors for GVLC - Identification of new carpenters and contractors for GVLC - Enrolment of new carpenters and contractors for GVLC 2. Get active Carpenter / Contractor for GVLC - Activation of dormant members - Sales promotion plan & execution for the community 3. Tertiary Sales generation through GVLC program - Monitoring Product & Segment wise tertiary sales through GVLC program - Monitoring and improving wallet share of Platinum Club Members - Plan to achieve 50% by FY-25 - Generating sales from NPD / NPI 4. Influencer management: Carpenter and Contractor - Training to Carpenters and Contractors for better reach to market and expanding channels. - Ensuring Process hygiene and benchmarking 5. Meets and product knowledge upgrade. - Managing engagement activities (Personal Meet / CCRP meet / Carpenters meet)
