Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development:Creating and updating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, specifically tailored to optical fiber and 5G technologies.
  • Training Delivery:Conducting training sessions and workshops for individuals learning about 5G network technologies, with a focus on the optical fiber aspects.
  • Practical Training:Providing hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in 5G network deployment and maintenance, including optical fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:Evaluating trainee performance through practical exams and providing constructive feedback.
  • Staying Current:Continuously updating knowledge on the latest advancements in 5G and optical fiber technology to ensure training programs remain relevant.
  • Technical Support:Providing guidance and support to trainees during practical sessions, addressing technical questions and challenges.
  • Collaboration:Working with other trainers and team members to improve training programs and materials.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:Tracking trainee progress, providing feedback, and assessing their readiness for placement in 5G-related roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
