Job Description

Aptech Aviation Academy Bhubaneswar is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer who can effectively train aviation, hospitality, and travel management students in communication and interpersonal development.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command over English and possess the ability to motivate, mentor, and groom students for professional success.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging classroom sessions on communication skills, personality development, grooming, public speaking, and interview preparation.
  • Design, plan, and deliver interactive activities, role plays, and group discussions to enhance students confidence.
  • Assess trainees' progress through regular feedback, evaluations, and performance tracking.
  • Provide individual mentoring and counseling for personal and professional growth.
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to the institute's academic standards.
  • Collaborate with academic heads to continuously improve training modules and content delivery.
  • Prepare students for interviews and industry placement rounds.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in English / Mass Communication / Psychology / Business Administration / Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training / teaching / corporate communication (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Pleasant personality with strong presentation and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to handle students aged 17–25 years with patience and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of aviation and hospitality grooming standards will be an added advantage.
