Key Responsibilities:

· To undertake the documentation. Also to maintain systematic records as required in hard copy and soft copy

· Vendor selection and management

. Responsible for preparation of various reports

· Making travel arrangements and ticket bookings

· Maintain records of all office activities

· Managing In house programs including logistics etc.

· Responsible for all printing jobs like branding materials etc.

Required Skills:

· Good verbal and written communication

· Working knowledge of office equipment like printers

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

· Proficiency in time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem solving skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Educational Qualification

Graduate degree (in any stream) from a recognised University and atleast having an relevant experience of 1 year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vadodara, Vadodara , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
