Job Description:

We are looking for a
skilled and responsible Accountant
to handle day-to-day financial and compliance activities at Darshan Pharmachem Pvt. Ltd. The candidate should have strong knowledge of
Tally, GST, Banking, and Government/Industrial accounting work
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company accounts in
    Tally ERP
    .
  • Prepare and file
    GST returns, e-invoices, and e-way bills
    .
  • Manage
    banking operations
    , including payments, reconciliation, and fund flow.
  • Handle
    purchase, sales, and expense entries
    accurately.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments for compliance.
  • Maintain
    records for GIDC and other industrial authority-related documentation
    .
  • Assist in
    MIS reports, monthly closing, and financial statements
    .

Requirements:

  • Proficient in
    Tally ERP
    , MS
    Excel
    , and
    Word
    .
  • Knowledge of
    GST, TDS, and accounting principles
    .
  • Experience in
    industrial accounting
    or
    manufacturing sector
    preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Education:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance
