Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager, based in Nagpur. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing, driving business growth, and ensuring sales targets are met within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include building and managing relationships with clients and partners, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating sales activities. The role involves leading a team, training staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies while maintaining exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in client relationship management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Science graduate with Knowledge of the healthcare or diagnostic services industry is a plus
