-To implement the Contracts Procedures to ensure smooth operation of all aspects of Projects. - Carry out Site Surveys and produce information to the CAD Dept for Drawing issues. -The use of resources within their given area to conform to all health and safety legislation. - To ensure that all employees under their control develop and maintain good customer relations. - To direct and monitor all members of the installation teams, both in -house and subcontract. - Carry out site visits and provide audits on sub -contractor and installation quality - Be able to manage and motivate on -site operatives to deliver projects within the program and to the required expectations of the client. - Planning and administering the initiation of commodities - Address snagging issues. - Attend and have site meetings (toolbox talks) when required. - Hand over projects to clients using appropriate documentation - Used to working on multiple sites. - Able to provide accurate site surveys for material orders / additional works. - Left out material to be reported to the Head office after handover of the site, making sure that the company earns profits and gains by executing installation projects. -Planning and administering the initiation of commodities - A sound knowledge of the current CDM regulations, including Health and Safety. - Good client communication.Requirements - B.E Mechanical, Min 8 years of Experience preferably from elevator or project based industry. - Self -motivated with a results -driven approach - Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
