**J**The Furniture Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery, assembly, and installation of furniture at client sites. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards and client specifications. The supervisor coordinates installation teams, manages site logistics, and serves as the primary point of contact during on-site installation activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of furniture installers on-site.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate installation projects based on project timelines and client requirements.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, handling, and transportation of furniture and equipment.
- Review installation drawings, floor plans, and job specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain quality control and ensure all furniture is installed according to manufacturer instructions and safety standards.
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and vendors to resolve on-site issues and provide updates.
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify installation progress and compliance with project standards.
- Train new installers and ensure all team members follow safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles used in installation projects.
- Document project completion, report discrepancies, and complete necessary paperwork.
- Enforce company policies, including safety and conduct guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in furniture installation, carpentry, or a related field.
- 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and installation manuals.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency (for reporting and project updates).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and perform physical labor.
- OSHA certification or safety training is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed primarily at client sites, which may include offices, schools, hospitals, or commercial buildings.
- Travel to various job locations is required.
- May be required to work evenings, weekends, or overtime to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per hour
