Job Role: Installation Supervisor

Location: PAN India

Job Summary:

The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end installation process of modular kitchen and interior projects at client sites. This role ensures timely, high-quality installations in line with company standards while managing vendor teams, resolving site issues, and coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior systems.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate execution.
  • Inspect sites before and after installation to ensure feasibility, readiness, and completion as per design specs.
  • Manage carpenters, installers, and third-party vendors to maintain quality and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and resolve any site-related issues or escalations.
  • Verify material checklist and ensure complete delivery and usage of materials as per BOQ.
  • Maintain daily site reports, installation progress updates, and issue logs.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Train and guide installer teams for consistent quality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with service and quality control teams for snag resolution and final handover.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Interior-related fields preferred.
  • Experience in Modular industry is MANDATORY.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in modular kitchen or interior installations.
  • Knowledge of modular systems, hardware, fittings, and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in using mobile apps or ERP for site updates and coordination.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with modular fitting techniques and tools.
  • Understanding of customer expectations and service orientation.
  • Ability to read MEP drawings and translate them into execution on-site.
