We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team as an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, statutory compliance, and financial operations, preferably within the infrastructure or project-based industries. The role involves managing accounts of both Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and the parent company, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting senior management with financial insights. 

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Finalization:

  • Finalization of
    Quarterly and Annual standalone accounts
    for SPVs and the Parent Company as per applicable accounting standards.
  • Preparation and
    finalization of consolidated financial statements
    (Quarterly & Annually) along with detailed notes and accounting policies.
  • Ensure
    compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / applicable GAAPs
    , internal accounting policies, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Coordinate with
    Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Auditors, and Consultants
    for timely completion of audits and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in tax assessments, filings, and other statutory requirements as needed.

MIS & Management Reporting:

  • Preparation of
    monthly MIS
    reports for project SPVs and analysis for presentation to senior management.
  • Provide strategic insights and variance analysis to support business decisions.

Cash Flow & Treasury:

  • Prepare and manage
    cash flow forecasts
    , monitor fund utilization, and support in budgeting and working capital management.
  • Ensure timely funding and intercompany transactions where required.

Fixed Assets & FAR:

  • Oversee
    fixed assets accounting
    and maintain the
    Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
    in compliance with accounting and statutory norms.
  • Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of assets.

Reconciliations & Ledger Management:

  • Regular
    reconciliation of receivables, payables, and general ledger
    accounts.
  • Ensure proper scrutiny and closure of open items in ledgers.

ERP & System Implementation:

  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in
    ERP systems
    such as SAP, Tally, and Zoho.
  • Support process automation and improvements within the finance function.

Qualification: CA Mandatory

Experience :
5–7 years of post-qualification

Skills:

  • Preferably from the infrastructure, EPC, or project-based business sectors.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and consolidation practices is a must.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Tally, and/or Zoho Books.
  • Experience in managing audits, MIS reporting, and intercompany reconciliations.
