Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Aspire, building relationships with clients, showcasing our projects, and driving sales to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
● Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

● Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Project Showcases: Conduct project tours and presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our projects.

● Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and the team.

● Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

● Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process.

● Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales process.

● Social Media Home Tours: In collaboration with the marketing team, showcase our stunning properties through engaging home tours on social media, creating captivating short-form videos that attract and inspire potential buyers

● Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
