number of working days:- 6 days in a week, mostly sunday off, but if there are any meeting or training so have to attend on sunday

interview rounds:- max upto 3

targets:- have to meet 20-30 dentist per day

number of working days:- 6

TA DA:- TA (2.5 Rs per Km, TA is available DA is not available).

Preference :- field sales exp, or else graduate fresher willing to do field sales.

Shift timings:- 9 am to 9 pm

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Field Sales Specialist. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, representing Organo Mart's products, generating leads, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, executing sales strategies, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the organic product industry is beneficial
