The Role

We are seeking a
Co-founder & News Editorial Head
to lead our editorial vision, guide a talented team of writers and editors, and help shape the long-term growth of our platform. This is a
founding leadership opportunity
for someone who believes in the power of independent, community-driven journalism.

What You'll Do

  • Define and oversee
    editorial strategy and newsroom operations
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire journalists, writers, and editors
    across diverse beats
  • Ensure
    ethical, high-quality, and impactful storytelling
    aligned with our mission
  • Collaborate closely with co-founders on
    vision, innovation, and audience growth

  • Deep understanding of
    journalistic ethics, editorial practices, and newsroom management
  • Passionate about independent and solution-oriented storytelling
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and nurture editorial talent
  • Committed to integrity, accuracy, and social impact
