Job Purpose:

To manage dispatch activities, ensuring timely delivery of finished goods to client sites while maintaining accuracy, documentation, and coordination with Installation & Production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and schedule dispatches as per project timelines.

· Coordinate with production and stores for material readiness.

· Prepare dispatch documents (invoices, packing lists, Delivery Challans, e-way bills).

· Ensure safe packaging, loading, and transportation of goods.

· Track shipments and update clients on delivery status.

· Maintain records of dispatched consignments.

· Handle logistics coordination with transporters.

· Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements.

· Ensure strict implementation with quality standards, workplace safety protocols and adherence to all company policies across operations.

Key Skills / Competencies:

· Strong organizational and planning skills.

· Attention to accuracy in documentation.

· Good coordination and communication.

· Problem-solving and time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹24,386.54 per month
