Profile - Machine shop Supervisor

Experience- Min 1 year

Ctc- upto 3.6 lpa (Depend on the interview)

Location: Vasai East, Mumbai

Working Days- 6 days

Job Description :-

  • Handling Incoming process,Outgoing material inspection.
  • Maintaining daily reports.
  • Visiting vendor(When required)for Inspection.
  • Material that are received without challan are maintained in "Goods received note book".
  • To help workers for Dispatching and packing the rolls(Spares and machine).
  • To check the material as per drawing.
  • If the material is Faulty or not proper as per drawing ,Material is rejected and returned to the party.
  • Debit note is raised to party if any material is been detected with quality issue.
  • Following-up with vendors when required.
  • Responsible for Production of all CNC/VMC/ LATHE/GRINDING/ HOBBING/ CUTTING & BORING Departments.
  • Planning and implementing , preventing maintenance schedule of all machines, ensure the reduction in product rejection and scrap generation.
  • Co ordination production work flow for one or multiple projects, assign workers and other staff to particulars production operations, Paperwork organisations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹3,600,000.00 per year
