Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory accuracy, ensuring timely material movement, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate must be organized, disciplined, and capable of leading a team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily workflow including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely inbound and outbound shipment coordination with logistics and operations teams.
  • Monitor and enforce warehouse safety protocols, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee documentation including goods receipt notes, dispatch reports, stock records, and inventory logs.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material handling efficiency.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
  • Implement and follow FIFO/FEFO and other warehouse management best practices.
  • Manage vendor coordination for packaging material, equipment maintenance, or transport if required.
  • Generate periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for stock movement, inventory status, and operational performance.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, ERP/WMS systems, and stock management processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
