Residential Farm Manager / Gau Shala Manager

Location: Gau Gram, Vadsar – Ognaj Khatraj Highway, Ahmedabad

Gau Gram, one of Ahmedabad's most respected Gau Shalas, is looking for a full-time, residential Farm Manager to lead operations.

Role Responsibilities:

· Manage daily care, feeding & health of cows and calves

· Oversee fodder cultivation, silage & farm field management

· Supervise staff, allocate tasks & ensure discipline

· Maintain records (milk yield, breeding, fodder, veterinary)

· Ensure hygiene, sustainability & smooth operations

We're Looking For:

· Graduate in Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Dairy / Veterinary (preferred)

· 5+ years' farm/livestock management experience

· Strong leadership, problem-solving & team skills

· Passion for Gau Seva & sustainable farming

· Willingness to stay on-site (residential facility provided)
