Health Coach / Health Consultant

Location: Indira Nagar, Bangalore (On-site)

Salary: ₹10–11 LPA

Work Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (1 weekday off)

Shifts:

  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are hiring Health Coaches who can guide individuals in improving their health, managing chronic conditions, and adopting sustainable lifestyle changes. This role requires strong client interaction skills, structured follow-ups, and the ability to simplify health insights for better outcomes.

Qualifications (Any one of the following):

  • Master's Degree in Psychology (preferred)
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Allied Health Sciences
  • BAMS / BHMS
  • BPT / MPT
  • MBBS
  • Biochemistry or related life-science fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in health, wellness, clinical, or counselling settings

Key Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with clients to support health improvement and chronic condition management
  • Explain assessment results in simple, easy-to-understand terms
  • Conduct structured follow-ups to track progress and reinforce behaviour change
  • Empower clients to take active control of their health journey
  • Collaborate with nutritionists, physiologists, psychologists, and other specialists to deliver holistic care
  • Maintain accurate records, communication notes, and adherence to ethical guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,100,000.00 per year
