HabitNu is a U.S.-based digital health company recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and

Prevention (CDC) for its National Diabetes Prevention Program, the gold standard for sustainable

behaviour change. After years of proven success across the U.S., HabitNu is now in India, bringing science-based coaching and technology to help people manage weight, improve metabolism, and preventlifestyle diseases. Our virtual coaches work with participants in both one-on-one and group settings, providing general

health coaching, and accountability. They teach individuals how to improve their diet, increase their

physical activity, and improve daily habits while holding them accountable to their goals helping reduce the risk of chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes and hypertension.

Your Mission:

• Inspire, guide, and empower individuals to take charge of their health journeys.

• Coach with compassion and purpose helping them reach where they dream to be.

• Turn data and insights into personalized action plans that create real, measurable results.

• Build trust through accountability, empathy, and consistency.

• Collaborate with a team of health experts to deliver innovative, evidence-based programs.

• Celebrate every victory — big or small — and help clients learn from every setback.

• Stay curious and continue to grow as a professional in health, wellness, and behavioral science.

What You Bring:

• A degree in health, nutrition, exercise science, psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• Certification from an accredited organization will be a plus.

• At least 2 years of experience coaching in health, wellness, or lifestyle programs.

• Exceptional communication and motivational skills — you know how to listen, uplift, and guide.

• A growth mindset and the belief that every person has the power to change.

• Comfort with technology and data as tools to support meaningful progress.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, fluent in regional languages like Kannada, will be a plus.
