Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a team of sales professionals. Daily tasks will include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing training and mentorship, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs and staying updated on real estate trends and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Noida and surrounding areas
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
