We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior English Educator to join our vibrant team in Yelahanka, Bangalore Urban, Bengaluru. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment options. Qualifications and Skills

  • Assessment and feedback literacy (Mandatory skill): Ability to construct effective assessments and provide constructive feedback that aids continuous student growth and self-improvement.
  • Classroom management and routines (Mandatory skill): Must demonstrate practical strategies to maintain classroom order while fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
  • Subject expertise (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding and mastery of English language concepts, literature, and grammar relevant to primary and secondary education classes.
  • Differentiated instruction: Able to adapt teaching methods to address diverse learning styles and varied academic levels within a classroom to ensure inclusive progress.
  • Cross-curricular teaching (primary): Experience in integrating English instruction with other subjects to promote deeper learning and application of language skills across disciplines.
  • Communication and relationship building: Proficiency in establishing effective, empathetic, and clear communication channels with students, colleagues, and parents for strong collaborations.
  • Resource creation and adaptation: Skilled in designing and modifying educational materials, worksheets, and activities to match curriculum goals and enhance student engagement.
