Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru North for a Verbal and ELP Trainer. The Verbal and ELP Trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering strategic and effective verbal ability and ELP (English Language Proficiency) training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interactive classes, evaluating students' performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining records of students' progress. The trainer will also need to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and exam patterns.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Verbal Ability and English Language Proficiency (ELP) skills
• Experience in conducting engaging and interactive training sessions
• Ability to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback
• Skills in developing and implementing strategic training plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
• Experience in the test preparation industry is a plus
