Welcome to Sparkplug – a boutique PR agency based in Mumbai, dishing out powerful storytelling, bold strategy, and fresh campaigns for some of the hottest F&B, lifestyle hospitality brands in the country.

Now, we're looking for a Junior PR Consultant with a flair for food, a nose for news, and a passion for people to join our growing team.

  • What You'll Be Doing:Crafting media pitches that make editors sit up and say, "Tell me more"
  • Building strong relationships with food, lifestyle, and hospitality media
  • Coordinating press launches, tastings, and brand events that
    everyone
    wants an invite to
  • Writing press releases, bios, fact sheets, and content that captures a brand's true flavor
  • Monitoring coverage, managing reports, and keeping clients in the loop with style and substance
  • Supporting senior consultants with daily account management and campaign execution
  • What We're Looking For:1-2 years of PR experience, preferably working with F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality brands
  • A true foodie who follows food trends, influencers, and what's hot in the hospitality scene
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (if you've written something punchy and fun, send it)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple brands, deadlines, and a little bit of chaos – agency life is a vibe
  • A go-getter attitude, team spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Skills in creating press releases and managing media relations
  • Proficiency in Communication and Public Relations
  • Experience in working with an PR agency previously
  • Ideally someone who has worked in the F &B and lifestyle space
  • Worked on influencer marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Experience in the marketing or PR industry is a plus
