  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth communication between project teams, clients, and management.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, material requests, and progress updates.
  • Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing work and report any issues or delays to management.
  • Support the project manager in organizing manpower, materials, and equipment as per project requirements.
  • Follow up on approvals, permits, and client correspondence as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to project coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in construction, maintenance, or civil works).
  • Must hold a valid Indian driving license.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
