Your work profile:

As an Deputy Manager in our Restructuring Services Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Lead business Development in the agreed sectors and services.
• End to end execution of transaction advisory mandated involving preparation of business case, feasibility studies, marketing collaterals, bid process management etc.
• Advice on issues pertaining to Public-Private Partnerships across the project life cycle
• Review transaction documents and guide the team though all stages the transaction or project execution phase
• Primary point of contact for Clients and responsible for Client management
• High commitment to learn and deliver across the transaction lifecycle.
• Guide the team and show extremely high level of commitment for driving transaction / project closures.

Educational and experience requirement

• Bachelors in commerce/engineering/planning (Bachelor in engineering in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
• Post-graduation in management / MBA /CA qualified (CFA and premier university preferred)
• At least 10 years of work relevant experience in Infrastructure finance and Public-Private Partnerships including experience related to business plan formulation, investment decisions and business case/ techno-financial feasibilities preparation, project financing and funding, financial analysis and modeling, transaction advisory and similar work
• Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
• Good understanding of transaction documents
• Ability to multitask on multiple engagements
• Fluency in written & verbal English
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Location and way of working

• Base location: Delhi
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
• Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
