Role Overview

As an
IT Job Market Research Intern

, you'll dive deep into job data, analyze hiring patterns, and map opportunities across industries such as
Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Technology

.

Your insights will play a key role in helping our staffing team stay ahead of demand and connect skilled professionals with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and track
    IT job openings

across multiple industries and geographies
- Analyze
hiring trends, skill requirements, and emerging technologies

in the IT job market
- Prepare
structured reports and dashboards

summarizing findings for internal teams
- Identify potential
client companies hiring IT talent

and share insights with sales/recruitment teams
- Create
sector-specific insights

(e.g., Healthcare IT roles, AI/ML demand in Finance)
- Stay updated on
industry news, job boards, LinkedIn postings, and staffing trends

Requirements

  • Interest in
    IT, data analysis, and recruitment trends
  • Strong
    research and analytical

- Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to present findings clearly in
