Role Description

This is a full-time Account Manager role based on-site in Hyderabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting organizational services. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, handling inquiries, developing strategies for account growth, and collaborating with internal teams to support client objectives. The role also involves reporting and analyzing account performance to measure success and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Customer Engagement skills
  • Project Coordination, Organizational, and Time Management skills
  • Report Analysis, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Market Research, Agriculture Sector Insights, and Data Interpretation
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools, MS Office Suite, and relevant management software
  • Commitment to working collaboratively in a team-based and client-focused environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field preferred
  • Languages spoken locally in Hyderabad or familiarity with the regional market is a plus
