Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Operations, based in Bengaluru, India. The role involves managing and resolving customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and assisting passengers with reservations, flight information, and travel-related queries. Responsibilities include handling calls efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to handle interactions professionally
  • Knowledge of Contact Centers and experience working with customer support systems
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including essential software and tools used in call center operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in the aviation or travel industry is an advantage
  • High School or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Hindi ( Mandatory ) and regional languages, is an asset.
