Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Sales Manager
to lead our sales efforts, manage a high-performing team, and drive revenue across various real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent leadership capabilities, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Drive sales for assigned residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Collaborate with developers for inventory updates, pricing, and project promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure regular reporting through CRM and provide sales forecasts and updates to management.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to manage high-value clients and large transactions.
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and buyer behavior.
