1. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for the DC.

2. Create staffing plan, coach and mentor the team.

3. Measure and monitor operational efficiencies and create/execute improvement plans.

4. Monitor and review 3PL performance.

5. Review and monitor Transport Operations services.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction with respect to accuracy & on time delivery.

Aligning the systems & process of DC as defined by HO.

Preferred candidate profile

Directly handled retail/e-commerce/FMCG warehouse operations.

Candidate should have experience in 3PL management.

Graduate with minimum 10 years of Experience in SCM.
