Role Overview

As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind building and managing strong relationships with influencers across categories. You will work independently — leveraging your own connections, database, and insights — to design and execute campaigns that not only create buzz but also deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand presence.
  • Leverage your personal influencer database and network to build long-term collaborations (without reliance on external agencies).
  • Identify and onboard influencers who align with our brand values and campaign goals.
  • Craft compelling storytelling campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Stay on top of cultural trends, digital innovations, and new-age storytelling formats.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: outreach, negotiation, contracts, briefs, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, social media, and brand teams to ensure integrated campaign success.
