About The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced
Marketing General Manager
to lead the marketing function of our premium
Mercedes-Benz dealership group
. The role requires developing and executing strategic marketing plans, driving dealership sales objectives, managing budgets, and ensuring effective brand alignment with Mercedes-Benz India.

This position is ideal for a
senior marketing professional
with strong experience in
automotive, FMCG, consumer durables, advertising, or hospitality sectors
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the dealership group in line with Mercedes-Benz corporate directives and dealership business objectives.
  • Drive marketing activities for individual dealerships to achieve assigned sales and growth targets.
  • Lead and mentor the dealership marketing team to deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to run joint campaigns, manage lead generation, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor, track, and control execution of marketing activities across all dealership locations.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
  • Liaise with Mercedes-Benz India marketing team to roll out corporate campaigns and provide regular feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: MBA / PGDBM in Marketing or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of marketing, advertising, events, or brand management experience.

  • Preferred industries: Automobile, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Hospitality, Advertising.

  • Specialized Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and goal alignment

  • Excellent communication and customer orientation
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns and events
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and lead management systems
  • Ability to work with external agencies and cross-functional teams
