Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals for Mortgage Servicing Inbound & Outbound Voice Process. The role involves handling customer resolution calls, payment support, escrow/payoff queries, and delinquency management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls related to collections, payments, payoff, escrow, document requests, billing inquiries, and account status.
- Contact borrowers using dialer to resolve delinquency via Speedpay and other loss mitigation options.
- Provide accurate information using scripted materials and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Resolve customer issues related to mortgage loans and escalate cases as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support complex customer problems.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice / Customer Service / Collections.
- Prior mortgage or BFSI experience preferred.
- Excellent communication & active listening skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Experience using CRM, dialers and call resolution systems.

Shift & Weekly Off:
- Shift: 24x7 rotational (including night shifts)
- Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
