We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Housekeeping to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient room preparation.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to lift heavy cleaning equipment and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
