
Front Desk Receptionist

- Patient Reception:
- Greet patients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records in the clinic management system.
- Provide necessary forms, documents, and information to patients.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, or in-person.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling and minimize wait times.
- Manage the appointment calendar to optimize patient flow.
- Communication:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Relay messages and communicate relevant information to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and pricing to potential patients.
- Billing and Payments:
- Process patient payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with the billing department for insurance claims, if applicable.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions as required.
