A purpose driven role for you

• Developing & execution of Technology in alignment with HMCL goal to be Future Fit Organization
• Develop latest numerical techniques to drive simulation based design and development
• Develop GenAI methods and tools to support product development
• Change Management for efficient QCT with minimal disruption
• Collaborate on cutting edge technology development with other COCs
• Enhance component testing and NVH methods & tools
• Lead next generation material research

A Day in the life

Innovate & introduce advanced technological solutions to drive the organization towards Future fit on Premium & EV line of business. Develop Strategies to handle resistance & facilitate smooth transition during technology shift. Review & update methods and tools in all COCs. Develop advance simulation and testing techniques to drive simulation based design and development.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Master in Engineering/ PhD Engineer/ Research Specialization

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Min. 15 years RnD Automotive
• Managing large Technical portfolios

Behavioural Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Deep experience in Mobility business
• Analytical and problem solving skill
