We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to lead advertising initiatives across Google and META platforms. As a key member of Amazon's high-performance online marketing team, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management—from planning and execution to optimization and performance analysis.

This role is ideal for a performance marketer who is passionate about experimentation, thrives on analytics, and understands the nuances of digital platforms. If you have a proven track record in running scalable, high-ROI campaigns and a flair for structured A/B testing, we'd love to meet you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Search Campaigns: - Discovery, and PLA
  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Mobile app installs and engagement campaigns
  • Plan, set up, and manage Meta advertising campaigns
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.


• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, etc to assess effectiveness.
  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Adjust campaigns based on performance data to achieve desired outcomes.


• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate detailed reports using basic excel functionalities such as Pivot-Tables, VLOOKUP etc
  • Interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Leverage SQL skills to extract and manipulate data from various databases for in-depth analysis.


• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders effectively

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 / Tier 2 college


• 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing campaign management


• Speak, write, and read fluently in English


• Experience with Basic Excel-Pivot-Tables, VLOOKUP etc


• Experience with Google AdWords -Discovery, PLA, MAI


• Experience with Facebook Ads manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
