With over 2.5 lakh active users across our YouTube channel and mobile app, PARIKSHE is redefining how students prepare for state board exams in Karnataka.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a result-driven Marketing Associate with a good understanding of Paid Marketing, grasp of SEO, content strategy, and digital tools to enhance PARIKSHE's online visibility and drive measurable performance outcomes. This role goes beyond implementation and you will be expected to deliver growth in traffic, engagement, and conversions through well-executed digital initiatives.

You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact on paid campaigns, on-page and off-page SEO strategies, creating performance-oriented blog content, and contributing to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Your efforts will directly contribute to key KPIs such as organic reach, lead generation, and user acquisition.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our product and academic teams to ensure that all content is aligned with strategic goals and reaches the right audience effectively. You will also leverage analytics tools to track results, optimize campaigns, and continuously improve performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs)

Marketing & Promotions

● Collaborate with the design and video team to create promotional content

● Ideate and Strategize paid marketing efforts (Google Ads, social media ads (Meta,IG), YouTube SEO)

● Analyze content and campaign performance and provide reports

SEO Execution & Strategy

● Plan and implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, keyword placement, content

structuring, Optimize the keyword ranking in SERP, Google Search console, On page,

off page strategies )

● Perform off-page SEO (link building, directory submissions, SERP Ranking (website)))

● Regularly audit website health and recommend improvements

● Track and Report Website Performance using GA4

Content Creation & Blogging

● Write and publish SEO-based blog articles related to education and exam prep

● Collaborate with the academic team to extract insights and convert them into readable

blog content

Tool Management & Reporting

● Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

● Basic knowledge of keyword research tools like Ubersuggest, SEMRush, or Ahrefs

● Maintain marketing dashboards and track KPIs

ELIGIBILITY & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

● Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in performance / digital marketing

● Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page + off-page)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, Google Sheets
• Experience with WordPress or CMS-based blogging platforms is a plus

● CreativeSkills:

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to turn educational topics into engaging content
• Knowledge of regional education trends in Karnataka is a bonus

● Language Skills:

• Exposure in kannada is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of the Karnataka market- Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350, ₹600,000.00 per year
