Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor and Team Leader located in Bengaluru. The role involves providing guidance and support to students, teachers, and other members of the educational community. The Counselor and Team Leader will also oversee team operations, provide mentorship, and facilitate effective communication. They will be responsible for ensuring team collaboration, setting goals, creating strategies, and monitoring progress while maintaining a positive and productive environment.

  • Leadership and team management abilities, including goal-setting and mentoring
  • Effective communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and time management capabilities to oversee team operations
  • Proficiency in developing strategies and monitoring progress
  • An empathetic, approachable, and adaptable demeanor to create a supportive environment
  • Previous experience in education, counseling, or team leadership is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus
