We are looking for a highly versatile and self-driven Creative Content Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end content creation and marketing. This is a one-person army role — perfect for someone who thrives on wearing multiple hats and driving impact by themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, strategize, and execute content across digital platforms.
  • Video Editing: Create engaging, high-quality video content suitable for social media and brand campaigns.
  • Script Writing: Write compelling scripts for videos, reels, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Post, schedule, and optimize content across platforms while maintaining consistency in tone and branding.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance of content, suggest improvements, and implement strategies to boost engagement.
  • Creative Ownership: Take full responsibility for ideation to execution — ensuring timelines and quality standards are met without external dependencies.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or e-commerce domains
  • Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects solo.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
