Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate who brings together creative energy, content expertise, and strong execution. You'll work directly with the founder and external agencies/freelancers to drive Pazago's brand presence across digital, offline, and content-first channels. You must love writing, storytelling, and ideating new ways to position a B2B SaaS brand to exporters and investors.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Creation– Own and lead creation of website content, brochures, landing pages, and case studies– Write and edit high-quality LinkedIn posts (for brand and founder)– Manage and repurpose blog content with SEO agency to ensure visibility and rankings

Social Media Management– Plan and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)– Collaborate with freelancers for creatives, carousels, and video editing– Track analytics and optimize for engagement and reach

Campaign Execution– Coordinate with digital marketing and ad agencies on performance campaigns– Draft ad copies, creative briefs, and review creatives and messaging– Drive organic traffic and lead generation through strong messaging and hooks

Offline & Events Marketing– Support planning and promotion of offline events or industry meetups– Create event collaterals and post-event content recaps

Branding & Collateral– Work with designers to produce pitch decks, flyers, banners, and brand templates– Ensure consistency of tone and visual identity across all touchpointsQualifications2-4 years experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or brand communication

Exceptional writing and editing skills (must provide samples)Creative mindset with attention to storytelling and design aesthetics

Hands-on experience with managing freelancers/agencies

Basic understanding of SEO, digital ads, and marketing funnels

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive executioner
