Responsibilities:
Brand & Identity
Build, manage, and protect Dermis Oracle, SeekCaus & Anable's brand identity across all digital, offline, and retail touchpoints.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies that reinforce brand positioning and credibility.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across campaigns, websites, social media, and offline assets.
Social & Digital Marketing
Oversee social media strategy, influencer marketing, and community management.
- Develop content buckets, calendar planning, and oversee execution across platforms.
- Manage PR strategy—identify opportunities, build journalist relationships, and drive PR articles that position Dermis Oracle as a thought leader in skincare.
Own eCommerce marketing strategy (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)—optimize listings, run promotions, and coordinate campaigns with platform teams.
Campaign & Performance Marketing
Develop 360° campaigns (digital + offline) with creative concepts that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage paid performance marketing across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, etc.), setting budgets and optimizing ROAS.
Track, analyze, and report campaign KPIs with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Budgeting & P&L Ownership
Allocate and monitor marketing budgets across digital, offline, and influencer initiatives.
Own the marketing P&L—optimize spend, drive revenue impact, and ensure maximum ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, design, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners for execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage product launches, ensuring alignment between R&D, sales, and communication strategies.
Leadership & Growth
Mentor junior executives in social, influencer, and performance marketing.
- Bring fresh ideas and new tools to the table, championing innovation in all marketing efforts.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to drive growth opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4– 6 years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to FMCG/beauty/skincare/pharma.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing strategy across offline and online channels.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads).
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and brand management.
- Experience working with influencer agencies, barter campaigns, and PR firms.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial acumen—comfortable handling marketing P&L and budgeting.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.

- Experience scaling a D2C brand.
- Experience in healthcare/dermatology marketing with compliance processes.
- Strong network with PR, media, and influencer ecosystems.
